When to wear your riding hat

There are many different situations when it is appropriate to wear your riding hat which will help improve your safety around horses. This important piece of kit isn’t just a must have when riding your horse, but is important for many other activities around the yard, including:

✔️ Leading your horse around the yard including, turning your horse out in the field, to and from the horse walker etc

✔️ Grooming, mucking out etc

✔️ Loading your horse into trailer or horsebox

✔️ Lunging your horse
